Delete your ClinicPro account
You can delete your ClinicPro account and the data stored with it at any time, from the app, from this page, or by emailing us.
Option 1: In the app
- Open the ClinicPro app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
Option 2: On the website
Sign in and use the form below, or go to Account settings → Delete account.
Option 3: By email
If you can’t sign in, email support@aaplink.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my ClinicPro account”. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, phone, date of birth, password)
- Your identity-verification record (ID type and last 4 characters)
- Your clinic enrollments and sharing choices
- Your appointments, including clinic notes, and your reviews
- All reports in your record, both the ones you uploaded and the ones clinics added
Deletion from our live systems is immediate and permanent. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time until they are overwritten.
What may be kept
- Clinics may keep their own medical records about your care outside ClinicPro, where the law requires them to.
- We may keep minimal information if required by law, for example to respond to a legal claim.
Before you delete
- Cancel any upcoming appointments first, so your clinics know you won’t attend. Deletion is blocked while you have upcoming appointments.
- Open and save any reports you want to keep. You won’t be able to access them afterwards.
Clinic and doctor accounts
Because clinic accounts hold records that patients rely on, clinic owners and doctors close their accounts by emailing support@aaplink.com. We’ll help transfer or export what you need first.
