Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and aaplink.com for using ClinicPro on the web and in our mobile apps. By creating an account or using ClinicPro you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Not for emergencies. ClinicPro is a booking and records tool, not a medical service. If you have a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. Appointment requests are not monitored in real time.

1. What ClinicPro is

ClinicPro lets clinics offer appointment booking to their patients, and lets patients keep and share their medical reports. We provide the software only. We are not a healthcare provider: clinics and their doctors are solely responsible for the medical care, advice, diagnoses, prescriptions and fees they provide, and for the accuracy of the records they create. Nothing in ClinicPro is medical advice.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or guardian should manage a child’s care.
  • Give accurate information, especially your name and date of birth, which clinics use to verify your identity.
  • Keep your password secret and tell us at once at support@aaplink.com if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account. Do not create accounts for, or impersonate, someone else.

3. Patients

  • You can join a clinic only with the code or QR it gives you. Joining lets that clinic see your profile and the visits and reports from that clinic.
  • Before you can book, one of your clinics must verify your identity in person with a government photo ID.
  • Booking sends a request; the appointment is confirmed only when the clinic confirms it. Please cancel in good time if you cannot attend.
  • Fees are set by and paid to the clinic directly. ClinicPro does not process payments.
  • You decide which reports and visit history to share with your other clinics, and can change this at any time.
  • Only upload documents that belong to you, and do not upload anything unlawful or harmful.

4. Clinics and doctors

  • Clinics register on our website. We may verify a clinic and approve, reject or suspend it at our discretion.
  • You confirm that your clinic and its doctors are properly licensed and registered as required by law, and that the information you publish (doctors, qualifications, services, fees) is accurate.
  • Verify each patient’s identity honestly and in person against an original government photo ID, and record only what the app asks for.
  • Use patient information only to provide care to that patient, keep it confidential, and comply with all laws on medical records, privacy and data protection that apply to you.
  • Do not try to access records a patient has not shared with you, and keep your clinic code and staff logins secure. Rotate your code if it is misused.
  • You are responsible for your staff’s use of ClinicPro and for honouring appointments you confirm.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law, or violate anyone’s privacy or rights;
  • upload malware, or try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the service;
  • scrape data, or use the service to send spam;
  • post false, abusive or misleading reviews.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the reports and information you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to provide the service — for example to show a report to the clinics you shared it with. Clinics are responsible for the records they add.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep ClinicPro available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. Keep your own copies of important documents. We may change or improve features; if we make significant changes to these terms we will notify you before they take effect.

8. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your patient account at any time — see Delete your account. Clinics can close their account by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or put patients at risk.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the medical care provided by clinics, for missed or changed appointments, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (patients currently pay us nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kerala, India.
